Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized PT services to students based on IEP goals

Evaluate mobility, gross motor skills, and physical function in school environments

Collaborate with IEP teams to promote accessibility and engagement

Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed

Maintain thorough documentation and data tracking in line with district policies
Minimum Requirements:

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy

California PT license
-
Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred

Must meet federal, state, and school district requirements
